Design, make, refine.

CAD modelling, additive manufacturing, laser cutting and practical assembly for prototypes, replacement parts and low-volume production.

Our work spans functional equipment components, model aviation, replica props and decorative pieces. Explore the Kawasaki replacement-part case study below, or visit Projects for more examples.

Materials we work with

We help you choose materials to suit your design, its intended use and the way it will be made.

Filament 3D printing

We print in ABS, ASA, PETG, polycarbonate (PC) and flexible TPU in a range of Shore hardness ratings. Where appropriate, we also work with carbon-fibre-filled and glass-fibre-filled filaments.

MSLA resin printing

We work with resins for MSLA printing, selecting the material to suit the detail, finish and function required by your model or component.

Plywood, card & vinyl

Our laser cutting capabilities include birch, maple and other laser-compatible plywoods up to 5 mm thick, along with card stock. We also cut vinyl for decals, lettering and scale details.

Basic metal machining

We offer basic machining of aluminium and other soft metals for straightforward parts and modifications, with suitability assessed for each project.
